Dallas Business Journal: DFW ranks as top city for real estate in 2016

DALLAS BUSINESS JOURNAL -- Dallas-Fort Worth is the No. 1-ranked commercial real estate market to watch based on investment, development and homebuilding prospects, according to a study conducted by researchers at PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Urban Land Institute.
