Giles Rutson is Vice President within the investments team at New Era Companies, based in Dallas, Texas. Joining the firm in 2023 as an Associate, Giles has worked across over $450 million in closed transactions spanning real assets and operating companies — acquisitions, dispositions, equity and debt originations, and healthcare growth equity investments across the New Era platform. In his current role, Giles originates and executes strategic investments for the firm, and originated New Era’s alternative investment program, deploying capital across a portfolio of healthcare growth investments. Prior to joining New Era, Giles worked at a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily development, and held roles in capital markets and advisory. Giles holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
