Hayden Hyde

Hayden serves as Vice President of Brokerage at NEP Realty, where he helps lead the firm’s brokerage platform by sourcing transactions, cultivating operator relationships, and expanding the firm’s brokerage pipeline. Before coming to New Era, Hayden worked for David Pettit Economic Development as a project manager, where he consulted developers and cities on the setup and management of Tax Increment Financing (TIFs) and Project Improvement Districts (PIDs). His projects on the developer side included The Statler Hotel in Dallas, Mule Alley and The Drover Hotel in Fort Worth. He also worked closely with the cities of Fort Worth, Dallas, Celina, Grapevine, and Grand Prairie. Hayden is a native of Fort Worth and married to Lauren (also a Fort Worth native) and has two daughters. He loves cycling, basketball, and college football. Hayden graduated from UTA in 2003 with a BS in History and Communications.
