Jake Eudaly

Working with New Era Companies since 2021, Jake has taken on numerous responsibilities such as deal underwriting, fund formation, investor relations, and capital raising to help support the New Era team. Prior to joining on with New Era, Jake worked with a real estate development company in Dallas, Texas, working on deal packaging and capital raising for deal syndications across a vast range of asset classes. Over the course of his career, Jake has underwritten $1B+ worth of deal flow for multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and healthcare properties across the United States. Beyond his professional work, Jake has also taken on a number of volunteer roles ranging, from President of Student Leadership for his Masters’ cohort, to men’s leadership development responsibilities. Passionate about building places that serve both investors and communities, Jake is committed to a mission-driven career centered on impact and stewardship in both his professional and personal life. Jake Eudaly received his B.S. in Business Administration & Finance with Honors from Colorado Christian University in Denver, Colorado, and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
