Scott Minnis

Scott Minnis is responsible for predevelopment Project management for New Era. Scott’s background is in civil engineering, and he has worked for both public and private entities over the course of his career. He has been a designer and project manager for site development with a project range from small single lot retail and commercial projects to large major mixed-use developments. He has helped design and build medical and general office buildings, hotels, public schools, residential subdivisions, commercial and retail buildings, and public and private open spaces. His responsibilities have included every aspect of predevelopment and civil engineering for site development from plan review and compliance to conceptual layouts and site construction. His experiences working for both public and private entities gives Scott a unique view of site development. Scott is a graduate of Roger Williams University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and Architecture.
