William P. Resch

Bill is the Senior Vice President of project development, where he oversees all development projects at New Era. Bill is responsible for the pre-development, due diligence, legal and financing aspects of all New Era’s projects and manages the Project Development team. Bill has been an active executive in the real estate development industry for over 25 years. Prior to New Era, Bill served as a Senior Vice President of Hillwood Strategic Services and Hillwood Development, where he oversaw, directed, and coordinated existing and new projects. His responsibilities at Hillwood included evaluation, startup, and oversight of large master-planned projects, including the finance, administration, project management, land-planning, entitlements, and development areas. Bill was responsible for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects that ranged in size from individual buildings to over 10,000 acre developments. His responsibilities on these projects included all aspects of entitlements, development, operations, sales, marketing, and management. Bill earned a BBA in Management and Accounting with honors from the University of Texas, and he attended UT’s Graduate School of Business.
