North Garland Medical Center is a 95,538 square foot Class-A three-story medical office building developed by New Era Companies at 7217 Telecom Parkway in Garland, Texas. Completed in 2018, the building was developed in collaboration with Integrated Medical and Family Medical Center at North Garland physicians, anchored by Baylor Scott & White Health System and its affiliates — one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in Texas.
The facility houses a comprehensive mix of medical disciplines including family practice, primary care, urgent care, specialty practices, cardiac care, concierge medical services, women’s health, Touchstone Imaging, and a drive-through specialty pharmacy. At completion the building was 97% occupied. New Era subsequently sold the asset in a successful exit through JLL’s Healthcare Capital Markets Group — demonstrating the platform’s ability to develop, stabilize, and exit healthcare real estate assets at premium valuations.
