Situated on 52 acres at the intersection of I-35E and Highway 287, the building opened in January 2015 — delivering a purpose-built medical office environment directly adjacent to Baylor’s $175.5 million replacement hospital campus.
The building serves a diverse mix of Baylor-affiliated medical practices and independent healthcare providers across specialties including oncology, surgical services, rehabilitation, cardiology, women’s health, and anesthesiology.
