Developed and financed by New Era Companies in partnership with Oceans Healthcare, the 32,700 square foot single-story facility provides comprehensive behavioral health treatment across depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, dementia-related behavioral conditions, medication management, and substance abuse.
The Waco facility is part of a programmatic partnership between New Era Companies and Oceans Healthcare — one of the country’s recognized providers of behavioral health services. New Era has developed multiple behavioral health hospitals alongside Oceans Healthcare, bringing the same development discipline and capital structure to each facility across the partnership.
