New Era identified the site, structured the capital, and is managing development of a state-of-the-art hospital delivered under a long-term lease. As New Era’s second IRF development in the Indianapolis market, the facility leverages established referral networks built by the operator and local market presence to support efficient ramp-up. The facility will be managed in partnership with Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, one of the country’s leading rehabilitation management firms.

New Era will own the asset and maintain investment oversight — the same structure used on New Era’s first Indianapolis-market IRF in Carmel.
