New Era Companies and WB Development Partners are developing the Nobis Rehabilitation Hospital at Overland Park located in Overland Park, KS. The 47,988 square-foot, 40 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital will be managed and operated by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners. Construction is currently underway. 

The hospital will offer intensive inpatient rehabilitation services for patients with complex neurological and orthopedic diseases and injuries using an interdisciplinary team approach for patients with complex medical, nursing, and rehabilitative needs. The hospital will have modern private patient rooms, advanced technologies and best in class medical services. In addition, the hospital is strategically located near major healthcare systems that serve the larger Kansas City Region such as KU Health, HCA Midwest Health, St. Luke’s and Advent Health Shawnee Mission.
