The Nobis Shreveport Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital is a 40-licensed-bed, 47,482 rentable square foot, full-service rehabilitation hospital under a long-term triple net lease to an NEP subsidiary and operated by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, LLC

The Property will be located on Fern Circle in southern Shreveport, Louisiana and will offer intensive inpatient rehabilitation services for patients with complex neurological and orthopedic diseases and injuries using an interdisciplinary team approach for patients with complex medical, nursing, and rehabilitative needs. The hospital will have modern private patient rooms, advanced technologies and best in class medical services.

New Era and WB Development Partners will serve as co-developers for the Property.
