Texas company is developing a new rehab hospital in Overland Park

New Era Companies and WB Development Partners are developing a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Overland Park, Kansas. The College Park Rehabilitation Hospital, located at 11325 College Blvd within Compass Corporate Centre, will be operated by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners and is expected to open in Q2 2022, bringing more than 100 jobs to the area.
